Deep Tissue Massage ~ 1 hr. $50, 1.5 hr. - $75 What to expect when I am working on you. It is very important that while I am working on you that you inform me if my massage technique are too deep for you and the techniques that I am using do not feel comfortable. Depending what your needs are little to no massage cream maybe used. This way I am able to grip on the skin so I can loosen up the fascia. My deep tissue massage techniques are based on Rolfing and Hellerwork. I am able to lift the muscles from the bone and work on the underside of your muscle. I also work the ligaments and tendons to release the adhesion from the belly of the muscle. It is best that after I work on you that you do not exercise till the next day. You muscle need a chance to rest and relax after a massage. Side Lying & Prenatal Massage ~ 1 hr. - $50, 1.5 hr. - $75 You don't need to be pregnant to enjoy the benefits of having a side lying massage. This is a great option for those who have a difficult time laying on your stomach for long periods of time or if you just want to try something different. Pregnant women need to be in there second trimester before I can work on them Energy Healing ~ 1 hr. session - $55 Have you ever felt like you just needed to relax and have your battery recharged? I have my own style of energy work that is a blend of Reiki,Healing Touch and Cranio Sacral Therapy. I have taken the best of all three and put them into my own way of working. You just wear comfy clothes and enjoy the relaxing flow of feeling like your are floating on a cloud Sports Massage ~ 1 hr. - $50, 1.5 hr - $75 This massage to geared towards many types of athletes. Male clients need to wear comfortable shorts to move in and female also need to wear comfortable shorts and a sports bra. During the sports massage PNF and assisted stretching maybe used if needed. Also please let inform me of your training routine and if you will be going to an event. As pre and post event massage is different and I want to make sure you are at your peak performance. Deep Tissue Massage Workshop ~ 3 hr - $25 per student
I am going to be teaching workshops every Saturday & Sunday for massage therapist who would like fine tune their Deep Tissue Massage skills. There will be 2 massage therapist per class. If you are interested in booking a class please call. Classes will be starting up again during the summer.
